Vice President, Manufacturing of North American Operations
Craig Nichols joined Janesville Acoustics in 2015, with previous industry leadership experience at Faurecia Interior Systems and IAC/Lear Corporation.
In his current role, Mr. Nichols is responsible for all Janesville Acoustics manufacturing operations in the United States and Mexico.
Mr. Nichols received a B.S. Degree in Business Management from Davenport University.
Vice President of Finance
Ken Ostrander joined Janesville Acoustics in November 2007. Previously he had spent 18 years in various leadership roles at other automotive companies such as Dana, Allied Signal and Textron. He leads the Global Finance Team including facilities in the U.S., Mexico and Germany.
Mr. Ostrander received a B.A. in Finance at Michigan State University. He is also a Certified Management Accountant.

Jeffrey Smith joined Janesville Acoustics on March 2, 2015. Previously he was with FCA for 20 years in various functions within HR.
